New Year program in Camper “Twentieth edition to

Also this year our staff has organized a fantastic New Year for all those who love to travel in the camper and be immersed in nature. Our program starts from the morning of 28/12/2018 to 01/01/2019 included.

December 28th

Arrival and accommodation crews, program delivery, registration of participants.
Free lunch
From 6:30 pm welcome buffet dinner offered by the management for all campers at the closed facility
At 9.00 pm dance evening with live music (free entry)

December 29th

9:00 am departure for Sansepolcro and visit to the museum of Aboca with guide inside the museum and practical workshop consisting in the preparation of shampoo or conditioner or perfume etc .. € 25.00 (the visit is optional must be paid and booked upon arrival)
At the end of the visit to the museum return to agricamping
For those who do not take part in the excursion there is also the possibility of a wellness day at a beautiful wellness center (optional to book and pay upon arrival) or in the city center there is the usual weekly market
1.00 pm optional lunch with fish at the restaurant € 25.00 per person
Afternoon 5.00 pm Mulled wine around the bonfire offered by the management
From 18:00 to 19:00 Latin American dances free entry
20:30 hours Pizza and beer with optional drop (to be booked upon arrival) € 15.00 per person
22:00 free evening with dancing

December 30th

09.00 departure for a visit to the Garavelle Museum with guide (optional to book and pay upon arrival) € 12.00.
09:00 am for those who want the possibility, by booking to go in search of the typical white truffle of the area with truffle experts.
12:30 am return to agricamping
1.00 pm Optional “farmer” typical lunch and by reservation at the closed facility € 15.00 per person.
In the afternoon in the crypt of the Cathedral, you can visit the nativity scene by yourself. At the reception you will have information on the admission price.
From 18:00 to 19:00 Latin American dances with free admission
Free dinner in the camper
9:30 pm tombola
23:00 spaghetti served by the management.

December 31st

The day of the 31 will be dedicated to the preparations for the dinner, (who wished to go to the hairdresser can let the management know, by 10:00 am on the day 30/12, which will be happy to suggest where to go, obviously it is necessary to communicate it by 12/30/2018 at 2:00 pm to be able to take appointments) for those who did not take place on the 29th, and on the morning of the 31st the 31st may be finished paying the odds, (until 11.00am : 30, preferably no debit and credit cards) upon payment you will be issued “pass” for the dinner at the end of the year.

At 7:30 pm the shuttle will begin to travel to the restaurant where the dinner will take place

January 1st

12:30 am Mass in Agricamping.

15:30 for those who wish, by appointment, optional visit (to be booked and paid upon arrival) to the living nativity of Monterchi € 10.00 for transport, while the entrance of the crib is free offer.
19:00 departure from Monterchi for the return to Agricampeggio
To say goodbye to the last evening, our staff has organized an optional dinner € 25.00 at the Il Boschetto restaurant, a small tribute will be given to all the ladies.
After dinner, New Year’s dance at the restaurant (free admission to all)

USEFUL INFORMATION

The price of the package is € 140.00 each (Children under 4 years do not pay children between 4 and 10 pay € 80) for the 3rd and 4th adult in the same camper the fee drops to € 110, 00 each and includes:

5 days parking with light, loading and unloading, and bathrooms with hot water (the light connection will be guaranteed ONLY THE FIRST 50 CREWS THAT WILL BE BOOKED) if reservations exceed the expected number will be communicated by telephone at the time of booking .
Those who do not need electricity or for reasons of time will book when the lights will be finished, will have a discount of € 10.00 per camper or will be placed in the adjacent area of the campsite, this area is still guarded and closed from gate. (NB- we do not accept complaints and changes from those who make the reservation even knowing they are out of current)

All those who wish to arrive before December 28th or stop after January 2nd the stop is € 15.00 per day

Soon on the site (www.ristoranteilboschetto.com) will also be published the menu of the New Year’s Eve dinner. We remind to the kind campers of cars to have multiple and extensions to avoid incurring technical problems. We also remind that within our structure you will find a bar and shop with typical products regularly open and a shuttle available to move, (€ 2 is the cost of the return ticket, which you can buy at our hotel) the shuttle will still be free on the evening of 31 and 1 to go to the restaurant). A few steps from the campsite you will find our riding with horses and ponies are welcome your four-legged friends! (The program could be modified also due to weather changes especially regarding excursions). To confirm reservations, send a postal order of at least € 50 to the crew (not before communicating the telephone booking) as a deposit which will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation. specifying your reservation, the day of arrival and departure, and the number of participants at the following address:
